Learn more than just how to pass the Restricted or Full tests - learn how to be a safe and confident driver!

Practice Test lessons can help you prepare for a test environment. This will cover all of the same skills as a real practical driving test, and often uses the same roads and intersections as real test routes (though we don't recommend practicing routes directly - they might change!) A practice test can help you work out if you would pass today, and what to work on if not, but usually doesn't offer time to review and practice faults.

Lessons are more practical and teaching-style, and can give you more opportunity to learn and practice skills for the practical tests. For your lessons, we will come to you in east Selwyn or west Christchurch.

Stellar’s  vehicle is a 2018 Suzuki Swift (automatic).

Our customers can use our car for sitting practical driving tests (once competency-approved), just book a standard lesson and we'll meet you there.  Hire includes our instructor as your support person on your test drive, if you wish. Additional time for warmup/travel can be arranged at additional cost.

Weekday (Tue, Thu, Fri) lessons: $85
Pre-pay four or more from $315
Weekend (Sat) lessons: $95
Pre-pay four or more from $350
